Blueway airconditioner/heater/humidifier

THE POWERBOARD ON AIR CON IS NO GOOD - AIRCON ONLY 2 YEARS LD CAN'T GET HOLD OF BLUEWAY TO GET THEIR REP IN TOWNSVILLE TO FIX IT

I purchased a Blueway Mod BL 168 cooler N12907 0041344 air cooler/humidifier today November 9th, Purchesed from Rezzies Betta Electrical Stocklands Mall 5 Breeze Parade Forster N.S.W
My son was the sales Person, he was very busy so we took the display model which was last one in stock, he was very6 busy and could not find the book for it, They all looked later and still could find the book, I need this before I can use it. Cant get Blueway Company up on the internet. Please help me out here, as its very hot and I cand use it Thank You so much
