If the main light flashes 10 times when the door reverses it is a door sensor problem. Make sure the sensors are pointed at one another and the small light on each one is lit and not flickering. If you cannot get both lights to come on you have a bad sensor.

White Balance Adjustment
Purpose: To mix red and blue beams correctly for pure white.
Symptom of Misadjustment: White becomes bluish or reddish.
1. Operate the unit for more than 60 minutes.
2. Set the color analyzer at the CHROMA mode and zero point calibration. Bring the optical receptor pointing at the center of the LCD-Panel.
3. Enter the Service mode.
4. Press [ VOLUME -- ] button three times on the remote control unit to select "Drive setting" mode. "Drive" appears on the screen.

Garage door is closing to tight


Your closing travel length is too long and your pressure limit setting too strong...you must take the cover off the operating box..there are adjustments for opening and closing travel. have someone operate the door up and down..as you close the door watch the chain or belt if the door puts pressure " bending" on the track when it bottoms out..adjust the travel to lesson it keep doing this until it stops without putting pressure on the rail. Then do the same fir the close travel..after you set the travel..there is a pressure limit adjusment. All doors must retract when something gets in the way going down and up..mostly down to protect kids,animals and such from getting hurt if it kept going down under pressure..you must test that do it...you do that by putting something in the path of the door coming down or have someone use their hand..I use a basket ball it gives a little then the door stops and heads back up..just adjust to a pressure that will allow the door to bottom out and not automaticky go back up..this sounds long but is fairly easy once you get into the box..good luck..

My l/m door goes down but come right back up help


This can be one of two problems ! First problem can be that their is something blocking the infrared sensors that would cause the door to go back to the up position but in most cases if their is something blocking one of the sensors the door should not even move and just make a click sound and you will see the lights flashing on the garage door opener , it can also be a mis aligned sensor not pointing directly at the recieving sensor or vice versa! Ok if that was,nt the issue then you can make shure that the door isn,t traveling further then where it needs to stop to be closed, sometimes the chain or belt depending on your opener loosens up and can add an extra inch of travel to the door causing it to return to the up position, to fix this you have 2 adjustments on your opener ...1 will be a pressure adjustment ...you can turn the adjustment to midway #6 to add some pressure so that the opener does not sense the xtra travel of the door , You can also backoff on the downtravel adjustment a turn or two and that will make the door not come down as far ...This adjustment is used to set how far the door goes up and how far you want the door to come down, you will see a picture of the door on both of these adjustments with an arrow letting you know which way to turn the screw ..remember each full turn of the screw equals 1/4" inch of travel to the door just follow the direction of the arrow or turn the screw counter clockwise for less travel !,,,Hope this helps you Sincerely Glenn

I need the required valve & inyector clearance on a M11 engine

Intake valve clearance 0.010 inch
Exhaust valve clearance 0.024 inch

The firing order is 1-5-3-6-2-4 and that is the order the valves should be adjusted started with first timing mark on main pulley adjust cylinder number 1 The valves and injector should be adjusted at the same time The crankshaft is then rotated 120 degrees to next timing mark and cylinder 5 is adjusted, the crank is rotated again 120 degrees to next timing mark and cylinder 3 is adjusted.then back to the first timing mark, cylinder 6 is adjusted, etc/

Adjusting nut on plunger should be adjusted to the point where you feel the plunger just reaches the bottom.of travel/bottoms out.

My door closes but then comes right back up. It also does not come up all the way


Check your travel limit switches. There will be an adjustment for Down travel, as well as 1 for up travel. There is also an adjustment for Force or Sensitivity. Make note of the current positions before changing anything so that you can go back to original settings.

If you are sure that nothing is tripping the light beam(s) / safety sensors, slightly increase the FORCE / Sensitivity adjustment in small increments. Look at the lablel of the adjustment to see which way to turn it, or consult user manual. Small increments at a time, until the door starts to work properly.

If you can't seem to get the sensitivity set, then reset it back to the position it was, and decrease the down travel in small increments until the door goes down, and stays down.

Once the door is staying down, increase the up travel adjustment in small increments until the door stops where it should.

Run the garage door opener through a few cycles for a few minutes. Make note of where the adjustment settings are.

If your door is metal, then you are done. But if your door is wood, you will likely need to adjust the force / sensitivity adjustment when the door is dry (low humidity time of year) as well as when it is wet (rainy season). Usually the best time to adjust the force is when you are in the time of year of when it is most humid. That is when the most stress / friction is on the door hardware.

It takes a little while to get everything perfect, but it is usually hands off afterwards until changes are made to the door.

It would be a great idea to go through and do the maintenance (grease rails, lube rollers, etc) before trying to adjust the opener. It will not only prolong the life of the door and opener, but the adjustments that you make will be valid for a longer time.

Singer TT600A needle is moving, but stiches are unformed. I've tried everything. I've already changed the tension and did everything in the manual repeatedly.


Make sure the needle is installed with the flat side of the needle shaft to the back of the machine.

A sewing machine should always be threaded with the presser foot up. This opens the tension control so the thread can "seat" into the control.

When a sewing machine is threaded with the presser foot down, the tension control does not open to properly accept the thread.

If the machine is already threaded, lift the presser foot and pull about 6" of thread through the needle.

Last resort: the machine needs to be taken in for service. Sometimes the stitch is not forming because the timing needs to be adjusted.

It will only travel down a short distance then reverse


With the door in the open position loosen the chain enough so that you can remove it from the sprocket above the motor. Now run the motor until the sprocket has turned counterclockwise and stopped. With the door still open and everything attached replace the chain on the sprocket and tighten. Do not overtighten. This will get everything back into sync and some adjustments of the up and down limits may be necessary. Be sure to set that down pressure control back where it was as it affects the safety of the opener.

Dryer on sensor dry - gets stuck on 6 minutes and does not finish


We have been having this same problem. I had tried adjusting everything that I could think of when putting a load of laundry in and got the exact same results as you. I would select the sensor dry and it would count down just like normal until it got to 6 minutes and then it would just run forever at 6 minutes.
My husband and I searched online all this afternoon and came across what seemed way to simple to work. We removed the lint filter, unscrewed the filter housing right inside the door of the dryer, and got to the sensors. We took a damp cloth and wiped them off very well to remove any and all buildup. We wiped everything down very well to remove any built up lint and/or dirt and put everything back in place as was before. We then unplugged the dryer for about a minute and then plugged back in. We put a load of already dry clothes into the dryer and started as usual with the sensor dry. It started out at the usual 41 minutes then skipped down almost immediately to 6 minutes and then a few minutes later I heard the most beautiful sound I have heard in a long time. The Beeper signalling that the timer had counted down to the end and was finished. It had worked. Thankfully. Hope this helps you also.
