Question about Pioneer SD-533HD5 53" Rear Projection HDTV
Open the back of the tv look on fuse board about middle loacation center there is a group of fuses very small should be a 2.5 amp fuse that is blown. had same problem watch tv repair guy fix once and have done it now 3xs myself.

I'm having a very similar problem, basically its a fuse that is blowing out, I think the transformer is sending too much power it's way.
