Question about HP PAVILION A6230N DESKTOP PC
As you said that the computer is not booting up. I request you to perform these steps on the PC.
Restart the pc and press F8 to enter into Advanced boot options, select safe mode and press enter.
If it does not enter into safe mode then reinstall the operating system, as the operating system is corrupted.
If it enters into safe mode then perform system restore, here is the path.
Click on start button > All programmes > Accessories > system tools > system restore.
This should work
