Brand New V9 , occasionally having same problem, after talking for about 2 mins, line got disconnected and frequently another party unable to hear me, later 1 min connection got back.Send in to Motorola service twice replaced motherboard. Problem still same.
Sometimes, MP3 play by itself, untouched , left on the table.

Double check that you are all in the same party. If you are not in the party and they are you will sound very quiet to them. It almost sounds like you are in the background. So go and make sure you can join the party. If that does not solve it go into your settings and double check that mic volumes and everything are all up.
The fuel filter is in the gas tank on the big fuel line. You can use a piece of wire with a small hook to pull the line and filter to the tank opening. These filters are available from small engine repair shops.
Here are the instructions for making a conference call on a Norstar system.
Conference [Feature] 
Establish a conference call between yourself and two other parties.
1.Make or answer the first call. 2.Put the first call on hold. 3.Make or answer the second call. 4.After the second call is connected, press [Feature] . 5.Press the line or intercom button of the first held call. 6.Press [Rls] to end the conference call
To remove yourself from a conference permanently (unsupervised conference):
Press [Feature]  . The other two callers remain connected. (Some external lines may not support this feature.)
To put a conference on hold:
Press [Hold]. The other two callers can still talk to each other.
To split a conference:
Press the line or intercom button of one caller to consult privately while the other caller is on hold. To re-establish the conference, press [Feature] .
To disconnect one party:
Press the line or intercom button of the caller you want to disconnect, then press [Rls].
Press the line or intercom button of the remaining caller to resume your conversation.
To independently hold two calls:
Press the line or intercom button of the first caller, then press [Hold]. The second caller is automatically put on hold. To re-establish the conference, retrieve one call from hold, press [Feature] , then retrieve the second call from hold.
To make a Conference Call 1. While on a call, press Cnf/Trn_____. 2. Dial a [DN] (or access an outside line and dial an external telephone number). 3. Press Cnf/Trnafter the called party answers. All parties are conferenced together. If you added an outside line to the call, press Cnf/Trnagain before hanging up to allow the outside parties to continue talking. (If you do not, the call is disconnected). Note Some types of outside lines (“unsupervised”) do not automatically disconnect when conferenced parties hang up. In this case, press one of the flashing buttons to monitor the conference. If the parties are still on the line, press Cnf/Trn + Spkr, then hang up. When no one is on the line, press Spkrto disconnect the lines.
1) Call to the first party and hold the line. 2) To add new party, press CONF + 2nd party phone no, after this talk and ask the 2nd party to hold the line. 3) Press CONF again and after a beep tone, then can talk with multiple parties. 4) To leave the conference, press CONF and after beep tone, lift down the handset.
check out ur audio driver in device manager look for update.
you can update in device manager but sometimes(more often than not) get reply latest driver installed.
well the latest driver isnt always the best.
if this the case download a driver from hp site .if driver still no better or worse;you can roll back driver in device mannager to previous one.
could try update codecs (encode/decode) as different codecs have different compression ratio's.
