If it's like mine, cold air from the freezer isn't reaching the fridge section, so you probably have one or both of 2 problems: the circulating fan isn't working and/or the air flow channels are blocked by frost/ice. The fan is probably inside a structure at the back of the freezer that should be removable to check it.
If the fan's running, you have a freeze-up. Solution is to turn everything off, remove food & wait for the ice to melt which will take several hours unless you speed things up with, say, a hand-held hair dryer. This worked for me!
If the fan's not running, you can find a replacement at your local appliance parts dealer.

Freezer is at 0 degrees and my fridge is at 60 degrees

Keep 3 to 5 degree temp setting. And check defrost cycling is properly done. Due to frosting formed behind the freezer could restrict the function freezer fan which throw freeze air to refrigerant compartment. Unplug fridge till defrosting all frosting, and then plug it again. Thanks.

I have a GE side by side Fridg.that is approx 7-8yrs old.The freezer side is working fine but the fridg. side is not cooling. staying at about 50 degrees just barely cool.. This seemed to happened...

Setting the cooling setting up all the way will not help at all.Make sure your freezer and refrigerator controls are about the same setting. Temp. settings for refrigerator should be between 38-42.degree at medium.. Freezer about 0 to -10.If it is a simple fix this will help.

Fridge is not cool enough 12 degrees C. Freezer is -3 degrees

The cooling air outlet is clogged or blocked. Cool air is not entering the fridge section as indicated by the low temperature in the freezer section. It shows that the compressor is working fine and the system is good. If your unit has a brushless DC fan motor that circulates air to the fridge section, it may not be working properly or not working at all. You have to replace it.

Ge fridge GSS25LFGww, fridge part freezing food

Hi, Change the controls back to normal settings. Make sure the freezer is getting 0 to 5 above. If the freezer is getting cold enough, try and turn the cold control to 1 and see if the refrigerator shuts off. It sounds like the cold control in not working properly and will need to be replaced. NOTE: The freezer temp has to be right temp or the fresh food side will not work proper.
I hope this helps. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Fridge freezer not cooling from new - buttons not working

Sounds like an air flow problem from the freezer section to the refer section. Check that nothing is blocking the air vents, and that the dampers are operating properly (they control the flow of air). Of course if it's under warranty... call the service techs out.
