SOURCE: water leaking out of bottom of door

There is a rubber seal that runs along the bottom of the door. If you carefully run your hand along there just to see if it is all even. Sometimes they get out of place and you can push it back and then closing the door it realigns itself and all is good. If the seal is damaged, you have to replace the door liner as the seal is attached.

SOURCE: Steam coming out near bottom of door causing water to pool

Steam coming out is not normal and you should get it serviced soon. While not dangerous, it probably means that water is leaking inside the door panel from the "Hybrid Drying System" that is a feature which LG uses/touts. Other disheashers use a conventional condensing drying system.
The moist air enters through the internal drying system in the door panel, dry air is added from the outside air with the help of a fan and that air is routed though ducting down to the bottom of the door.
That system is clearly broken. If you have more questions on this, please reply. Good luck!

SOURCE: leaking from the dryer vent on base of door during

Before try to repair, gather the model and serial number from the unit and contact LG support line. There was a recall on early versions of the (energy saving) condensing drying cycle and specifically most of the components in the door.

If the problem is what I described above, this is not a warranty issue but a product defect/recall. Be firm with them, be polite and do not take no for an answer, asking to be "escalated to the phone guy's supervisor:"

Good Luck!

Floor wet in car rain

remove the door trim of the side that has the wet floor and replace the plastic membrane that should be stuck over all the openings in the inner panel. Ensure that the drain holes at the bottom of the door are open and clean and not blocked up.. Because doors are curved the water runs to the bottom of the glass and drops onto the plastic sheet that keeps the water in the door . If the sheet is missing or is not sealing the openings then the water goes to the inside of the panel and leaks inside the door onto the floor.

LG dishwasher is dripping water from vent onto floor

Good that it is working. Recommend you keep a lose eye on the vent on the bottom of the door panel. This model will probably begin leaking again if it has not been retrofit with a kit that LG developed.
Please open a new problem when it starts to leak and please provide the Model and serial number when you do. Good Luck!

Water Leak at vent area in door...

On this model the vent is open and shut by a wax motor. The vent should be closed tight during the entire wash cycle and the first 6 minutes of the drying cycle. Check the operation, make sure there is not a bunch of gunk restricting it. If you are handy with a meter check the resistance of the motor. It should read approx. 2100ohms. Another reason for leaking at the base is oversudzing. Also check the upper spray arm for cracks or splits shooting water into the vent area. Catriver...post back.
