Question about Fellowes PS70-2CD Shredder
I fed in too many sheets at one time jamming the unit. Now the light comes on but it does not go forward or backwards so that I can remove the paper. I have taken the screws out to attempt to manually move the shredder rollers but they will not budge. So...I wondering if the unit isn't making any sounds whether it is dead? Any ideas?
I used needle-nose pliers and regular pliers to pull out all of the jammed paper -- it took an hour but I finally got it. I never did find a release mechanism even after I took the top apart. Thanks anyway!
