Press and hold the + button, You will get a message that the monitor is going into auto adjust. After that problem solved.

try turning it on and off, wait a few hours then turn it back on. it that dont work, turn it off then leave it till the next day then try. it should work.

get the monitor that you used previously, and on the Windows desktop, go to display properties, in settings> advanced, under the monitor tab, change the refresh rate to 60, which is common on these flat panels.

seems to be a problem with the buttons on the screen for changing the resolution etc panel...you will need to get it checked by a repair shop
