Follow the below mentioned steps, make sure that you are not doing this on a shared computer, If you do this on a shared computer everyone who uses this computer will have access to your gmail account.
Click on "start" go to
programs/all programs and click on Internet Explorer
On the top bar click on "Tools"
and then click on internet options
box will pop up
Click on "Content" tab
Click on "setting"
besides "Auto Complete"
Put a tick the box which says
"user names and password on forms" and "Prompt me to
Click on "OK" on
"Internet options" box as well
Close Internet Explore
