Downloading videos I can't seem to download videos onto my Sansa e260. I've tried using the Sansa Media Converter, and converting the video files to .wmv. The video will convert, but it goes to my photos and says "Please use Sansa Media Converter to convert this photo file." That's what I did. What do I do?

You should try using Windows media Player and Sync the device and transfer it through Windows Media Player. The files should work as .wmv. Let me know if you have questions with this or run into any problems

Downloading videos

Check The Photos folder in your computer on the MP3 and if the videos are in the picture folder then copy the vids and paste them to the video folder. if you dont have a video folder in the mp3 hard drive then create a new one called VIDEOS in CAPS. then paste the vids in that folder. after that delete the vids in the pics folder. hope this works.
