Check to see if you have the latest drivers.window commonly gives faults for drivers being out of date. if not, then check your settings for the keyboard, and see if you have it set for the standard keyboard, as a 102/104 style keyboard will provide acess to the extended keys. wish i could be of more help, but am very tired at the moment, (not slept much) will help more when i can.

I have a Fellowes 9993 mouse....it seems to have a mind of its own....when I click, it scrolls, when I scroll, it opens new windows....anyone know of a mouse exorcist????

Check that the "scroll" wheel is not "stuck" in the "down" position.

If it is stuck, then a "click" on the left button is being interpreted as a "click" on BOTH the LEFT and the SCROLL buttons.

I have a fellowes wireless mouse/keyboard and during use, the mouse looses connection and then I have to shake it or click it to get it back. Someone told me it might be a frequency problem, but I don't...

Hi,

This is standard practice for wireless mice and keyboards. This is because they go into power saving mode which means you have to click or shake them to re-activate them.

You have nothing to worry about here as my own mouse does exactly the same thing.

Regards.

How do i connect Fellowes Cordless keyboard to my

You should have a usb adapter that comes with your keyboard. Anyway, connect to a usb port and press reset on both the adapter and the keyboard (should be on the bottom). See if that works.
Hope that helped. Good luck

Wireless Keyboard isn't connecting at all with computer

It turned out that the little metal spring that holds the batteries in was bent. It was so slight, you couldn't even tell, but the batteries weren't actually touching. So I just bent the spring back into shape, and now it works perfectly fine.

Not all keys on keyboard work properly

Not likely, if the regular alphabet and numbers don't work then there is something sticky spilled under the keys.
you can remove the back and the membrane and wipe it clean. takes a bit of work.

Fellowe Cordless Multimedia keyboard #59493

Beats me (there are a zillion types of keyboards and mice) but here is what I would suggest. First click on them...if something happens you will know it. Secondly you may have installed some add-on software that is for a touch screen (which you may not have). Lastly, uninstall the software that came with it and let windows use a native driver if possible (some versions of windows will have one or allow you to select check the Microsoft website to obtain the driver). Lastly - if you are on Vista - it's conceivable you will need a different driver. Go to the new cordless keyboard mfg's site and download the latest "vista compatible" driver or just the latest. One of these should work.
