Well depending on your operating system, I would first download the latest drivers. Then delete your printer from the printers folder and reinstall with the latest drivers. You can find the latest drivers at this link(just select your operating system):

My printer is showing as online and ready, but print jobs are stacking up in the queue. i have to have this fixed asap for i use my printer for shipping labels on ebay and have to have my items shipped out...

Please follow the steps below to fix the problem:

1. Browse to Start -> Run... and type in NET STOP SPOOLER (this will stop the print spooler service)

2. Browse to your windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS\ folder. You should see files there ending in .SPL and .SHD created around the time you tried to print - delete these files.

3. Browse to Start -> Run... and type in NET START SPOOLER (this will restart the print spooler service)

4. Double click the printer icon in the lower-right corner of your taskbar to examine your print job queue and browse to View -> Refresh.

Print status = "deleting"/ unable to print or change status

Attempt to manually restart the Spooler service.

Click Start > Click Run > Type "services.msc" (sans the quotes) hit enter.

Right-Click on Print Spooler > Click Stop

Wait until it stops and the icon (if any) on the task bar goes away.

Right-Click on Print Spooler > Click Start.

From the options, stopping and starting is usually more effective.
