Where has my favorites folder gone

Favorites is missing

    my favourites button is gone

    my home page button is gone

    up until 4 days ago i had a button in my tool bar that said my favorites i clicked on it then add to save favorite sites ..well it went poof like it went to the big computor junk yard in the sky ..i want it back how do i get it back?

Did you delete it, or switch from msc to mtp mode, or vice versa? Switching modes will make it become invisible.

Double check Sandisk's website to make sure their firmware upgrade doesn't resolve this issue.

Also, if you are using Windows Media Player to transfer songs, then make sure auto-sync is disabled or it will delete any file that you also remove from the computer.

Some folders are missing after scanning for virus

It can be that the missing folders are missing because they are affected by the virus.
Have you press heal and did you detect any virus.
As the folders can also be hidden.

My sansa mp3 player's Favorites folder is gone!

you should if you can try and make a new folder or click controle Z it will replace what ever was deleted if you accidentally deleted it.

no. unless your player has the feature of a favorites folder then you cannot move the songs.
