I have a Maytag Neptune front load washer, model no. MAH8700AWW. It won't spin out, I think it's just goes on a slow spin, but doesn't empty all the water out. I can hear that something is loose somewhere under the drum, sounds like it could be loose change. Is there any manual anywhere that will tell me how to take it apart myself? Could there be a blockage somewhere that is keeping it from spinning at the right speed?

you may need to put some anti vibration shock pads under the legs or some two sided tape to put on the feet to help secure it to the floor it may be slipping on the new floor surface

If the clutch fails the first thing noticed is a UC or DC error displayed and there is no drain or spin.

If you are seeing the above error and having a problem with spin and drain then the most likely cause of this is the clutch. The clutch fails to lock down the spinners and the basket is unable to go into spin and without a 90 RPM there is no drain.

Replace the clutch.

4 screws takes the front off the washer to find the leak, dryer probably needs drum rollers. If you didnt know maytag went bankrupt for a reason

The "OE" error code means the control detected the water level in the machine is above the overflow level. According to your description the first failure suspect is the water valve possibly stuck. Perform the troubleshooting as described in the tech sheets.

I have the same problem. The technician seems to think it could be the water is not emptying during cycles. It keeps adding water as the cycles continue and therefore over flowing the tube when it spin. He thinks it could be a water level sensor. Not sure at this point.

yes they do require to have the bolts in.
