Hi sheree, This is a quick and easy one
Click, Start/search. Then enter, magnifier
Left click on the Magnifier C:\Documents and Settings\Own...
(All The way on the left icon)
Select, ( Unpin from Startup ) and then Restart.

There are two ways you can do this you can go to control panel and change the size in appearance and Personalization the other way is to you the magnify tool but that gets annoying so your best bet is the first one

My hp pavilion 522a i cant log in to it because it keeps coming up with this copy of windows must be activated with microsoft before you can log on. do you want to activate it no. and no mater what i do it...

You need to activate it, no way around it. When installed you have 30 days to activate it or it won't let you log on.

There should be a a choice to activate and it will only let you go to a activation window. You can do it over the net in a few seconds. After it is done it should work normally. If it is a valid installation you will click a few buttons and you are done. If there is a issue with a valid serial number ie your buddy gave you a copy then you won't be able to activate it (easily anyway) and need to get a new copy to install.
You may need to log on on under administrator before it takes you to the activation stuff but that depends on the windows version and so on.

Once you get it activated you won't forget and the next new computer you will probably get it activated after it runs for a few minutes to avoid this again. It's annoying, it's Windows! ;-]

It has every thing on my computer saying unless i activate it

This means you have not passed that annoying Microsoft Windows Genuine Software inspection. If your software is legitimate call them and tell them you are not passing WGA if not you will have to get a crack to pass the WGA often times even legal software does not pass the WGA process this means you will receive a message pop up each time you start windows as well as not be able to activate the software. If this was me and my software was not passing and I purchased it I would call support and get them to pass you and give you the software to remove that annoying pop up.

Can't get rid of the Sonic Activation Message that appears on Dell computers "The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available. Insert the 'Sonic Activation...

Sonic is typically a cd burner software. look for any CD utilities running down by the clock and right click on the icon to exit them. Maybe look for a sonic or CD/DVD software package that would have come on a disk with your computer , insert it and re-install the package, that may do it for you. If the nag is tooo annoying, for the interim look in your start menu under startup and delete anything in there that is in relation to sonic or cd writing software. Hope that helps you. Cheers

Pnsfuck worm has infected computer and left blue icons all over desktop and disabled system restore and search, run functions

I had the same issue. Translating from Indonesian was not very helpful. I began by running A-Squared 4.5 FREE virus remover. This found everything that others did not. TrojanDownloader.Win 32. DElf!k, Virut!K, Crypt!K, Trojan-Banker.Win32.Barbra!K, etc. After that the icons stayed but not activating. Yesterday I tried (after months) the windows tool Clean Up Unused Desktop items. It recognized the files, put them in a folder. I renamed the folder and deleted it. Ran A-Squared again and all is well now...after several months of looking for options and translating Indo languages...pointless. So there u have it. A_Squared FREE, then Remove Unused Desktop Items. Rename file delete, A Squared again. ALL DONE AND CLEAN!!!! I will curtsy now:)

Vista Magnifier

Best way to fix it is using "Last Know Good Configuration" option in advance boot menu by pressing F8 during the boot. If "Last Known Good Configuration" doesn't resolve the issue, You may you use System Restore option to earlier date that can be prior to the issue.
Please post if you need further assistance.

Good Luck
