My washer won't spin. you can hear the motor and if you help it with your hand it will spin but slow . took motor off and check the cupling it looks ok. the model # israx4232kqo

Check you can move the drum freely by hand. 1. if its free - then check belt. 2. if it wines - check motor. 3. if does not move - you need to check for obstruction. hope this helps ....
