My pin is blocked and I wuld like to unlock it please. My mom is in Montego Bay and I am in Westmoreland without the pin or puk code so please can u help...

First look on the package which your sim card came in . your puk code and default pin should be stated clearly on the card.

or else you need to call your service provider from a sim which is from the same provider.It will be a Toll free number,thus you will not be charged.Explain the assistant that you need your puk code.They will be asking your phone number and will provide you the puk code.

once you have your puk code.you will be able to reset your pin code.

PUK - code kotroy must be granted by the operator when buying a phone connection.Without this code, or ten times you enter an incorrect PUK, your phone will becompletely blocked!

Every time the telephone, you must obtain your PIN-code (4 to 8 digits), except forsituations when you unplug the PIN-code request the appropriate setting your phone.Be careful when typing PIN-code! If the code is typed incorrectly three times in succession, SIM-card is automatically blocked.

To unlock your phone you will need:
- Enter PUK1 and click "OK"
- Enter the new PIN-code and press "OK"
- Press to confirm

To set the code provided 10 attempts. If the 10 times you've dialed is incorrect PUK-code - card is blocked completely, and you have to buy a new SIM-card. Recover PINcodes and PUK-if you have forgotten them - can be turned into a subscription service.You can disable the PIN-code request, but then the protection against unauthorized use of SIM-card will not be provided.

A PUK code is a Pin Unlock Key code. A PUK code is required to unlock a SIM. Please contact your service provider for PUK code because only they can provide you a PUK code.

A request for a PUK code ("Personal Unlocking Key") will appear on your phone if your SIM card PIN code is entered 3 consecutive times incorrectly.

Your SIM card will then become "PUKed" or Blocked. This is a security measure to protect your service.

You need to call the Customer Service department of your cell phone provider and they will give you the PUK code which will unblock your SIM card.

Pincode stands for PERSONEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER. It is the fourdigit number which is used to lock the phone. The phone will ask for the code when you switch on it.With out entering the correct pin code you can't access your phone.If you enter the pin code wrongly for a specified(normally 3)number of ties your sim will get locked.You can't use that sim in other phones also without unlocking it.PUK code (PERSONAL UNLOCK KEY)is used tounlock the sim card if it is blocked.PUK code is provided by the network operators.If the PUK code is entered 10 times wrongly the sim card gets permenantly blocked.

PUK Blocked? What does that mean?
The PUK & PIN codes are Security Codes that are on the SIM card. PIN( Personal Identification Number ) PUK ( Pin Unlock Key). when the PIN code in entred wrong the SIM automatically Blocks the PIN. to unlock the PIN you need to Enter the PUK. but if you enter the PUK wrong the Entire SIM is Locked.

The PIN Code & the PUK codes are Only Known by your Network Provider. you have to get in touch with them to get the codes. how ever if you have PUK blocked you will have to get a replacement SIM

Although most people remember their primary SIM PIN code, those other codes - used for various verification purposes - are never to be found when needed. Below we've included a set of short codes which, when entered on a handset's standby screen, will let you easily change PIN and PUK (short for Pin Unlock Code) codes - but keep in mind, they may not work with all handsets and mobile operators.
