Question about Washing Machines
The pump is probably bad it should be pumping the Water out of the tub and into the drain line if this is not happening then the pump is bad the pump is usually on the bottom of the washer just follow the drain line I believe three screws and a belt adjustment and with basic mechaical skills u can replace it your self
