Question about Cameras
I just bought my camera about 2 months ago and I can take photos, take vidoes, but when I got to view photos it stays on the video setting. The button to move from camera to video to view is not working. Do I take the camera back into the store to have it fixed or is there another route I need to go? Thanks!
You can definitely take it into the store to have it looked at. I would bring it to a Geek Squad® precinct in a Best Buy™ store and they should be able to determine if it needs service, and if it does they will send it out for service. I hope this helps!
