This dryer is a little fancier looking but is really no different from GE dryers of the past. Reach inside and try to turn the drum by hand. If it seems hard to turn then the motor is gonna bogg down. You must get inside the dryer and inspect the drum glides. Most of these newer models have to have the top removed first and then the controls. Then you can get the front panel off to inspect the dryer glides.

I have a Frigidaire Affinity electric dryer Model # FAQE7001LWO. . The cycle will start for about 5-7 mins once started and then it shuts off and all lights on the unit start blinking. Please Help!

Google your model number and how to retrieve the error codes. It sounds like either the heating coil or control board is bad. I have a different model that does the very same thing...they run until the cycle tried to turn the heat on then it causes an error. In my case it is the control panel and I decided since mine is old and we are a family 6 (lots of use in it) not to repair it.

GE dryer runs but only heats on timed cycle not the other 2 cycles.

In some dryer's the control panel relies on a thermistor rather than a CYCLING thermostat to regulate the drum's air temperature by monitoring the component's resistance changes; resistance goes down as temperature increases and up when temperature decreases. Once the drum's air temperature reaches a certain level required to dry clothes, the control panel shuts off the heater. The panel will turn the heater on again and begin another heating cycle when the thermistor indicates that more heat is needed to keep the air temperature constant inside the drum

Lastly check your moister sensor. ( located inside the dryer door usually) Especially if machine seems to shut down early and clothes are still wet.
Test with a meter at room temperature and it should show continuity.
A failed moisture sensor will affect the dryer run time in the automatic moisture sensing cycle but it will not affect the heating of the dryer or the timed cycle. Which are reflected by the thermostats.

Ge dryer dcvh515efoww runs on air dry, but when set on any heating cycle, it runs for a few minutes and then it turns off on 00

it is over heating you might have unplugged a wire to the thermostat when you had it apart or the thermostat has went out.

GE Washer Model WCVH6260HWW, Fabric Softener Won't Dispense/Drain

I took the tray out and placed it to the side. Then I ran a common pipe cleaner through the nozzle that supplies a water spray to the tray. So far, so good.

Dle2532 lg dryer, cooling light is always on

I'll take a stab that you use dryer softener sheets. These will deposit a coating on the two metal sensor bars (about 4 inches long, very near the lint filter inside the drum) which prevents the sensor from "seeing" that the clothes are still wet, so the dryer jumps to the cool down portion of the cycle. Clean the metal bars off and it should work again. (note: the bars are not in the cycle if you choose time dry instead of using the automatic cycles)

Electric dryer intermittently doesn't heat

If your dryer has a timer with quick connects which easily plug into it then you can possibly fix this problem. Yank both connects off the timer and remove the timer. Take the 2 motor screws off and remove the plate carefully. Clean the contacts on each leaf switch with a file. Put it back and retry. Sounds difficult but it isn't. Remember only the timer with the 2 quick connects.

Dryer runs but will not dry

It may be a thermostat that has gone, thus preventing the heater from going on. Check your power source as well, maybe you have lost a line.
