I am sorry to hear what you experienced with eBay but with regard to fees, you need to contact eBay again so that they can fix it for you. You can ask for a supervisor so that they can immediately check it for you. You can get their number by using the link below:
You may be asked to sign in and then scroll to the right and look for the call us button.
I believe that it's a big amount, they will still need to send it to their accounts department or something like that so that it can be reviewed but if it's already past 10 days I guess it's way too long of a wait.
I understand where you are coming from and use the link above to get a hold of a supervisor so that they can fix this for you, if they don't do it, better speak with BBB.
