Question about Sony FD Trinitron WEGA KV-36HS420 36" TV
First thing to check is if you are using component video input, try another set of cables. Sometimes the y or Pb or Pr connections not making a good connection will cause loss of a color. Try another input is another way to check this. On a few earlier models like this I have seen a weak crt cause this. In which case you can rejuvinate it or adjust the color drives and bias located in service menu, but don't change the values if you're not posative it is the right solution for your problem.
