For some reason my hilti te 22 is now stuck on reverse any ideas?

Hi David,
This is puzzling, since the TE22 was never designed to run in reverse. Neither can the electronics or the switch be the cause, since they too are not laid out to change polarity. The only cause i can think

Dw567 hammer drill will run in foward but just hums in rev. have replace rev switch

I would recommend rechecking the wiring of the switch, I think you have 2 wires reversed and that is why it just HUMS in reverse. Let me know if you need more assistance.

Hilti TE 17. Hammer doesnt work. Rotary does.

Most likely the O-rings are worn - tool has no compression to move the hammers inside.
Less likely: the connecting rod for the piston is broken so piston isn't moving - or 2nd hammer is broken into pieces.
I would open it up & check the orings first

Makita HP1640 hammer drill dual mode - 2 hours

Exchanged Makita HP1640 hammer drill for a new one. The 2nd drill did the same thing in under an hour!! Will return for refund. Instructions say the Forward/Reverse switch must be in a full up or down position for the Hammer/Rotary switch to move; well, it is and the Hammer/Rotary switch still stops at a 1/2 way point between modes. Although I can still use the drill, instruction warnings say not to because it may potentially burn out the motor. I'll have to go with a different brand this 3rd time around. It seems to be a design flaw.

Bosch psb 600 drill will not reverse

The red button sits on a lever that changes the polarity of the switch output. If this lever feels loose and you can't feel it engaging anything then you need to split the housing and make sure it is seated properly. If it is, and the lever on the switch is moving fine aswell then you should check all the wires coming out of the switch, and if they are all connected properly you will prob need a new switch.
