Question about Belkin Computers & Internet
Open a web browser and on the address bar, type "192.168.2.1", on the left menu, click on "security" under the "wireless" option. Leave the box blank and click on "submit", then (don't get confuses) click on "security" again. On the top, you will see a sentence "Allowed Client Type>", and to the right the type of security. Select it your security type (if you are running Windows XP I recommend WEP), and then click on "64 bit", click on "HEX" and click on "Static", then on the "Key 1" box, type your password, make sure it is 10 digits even though most of the time it doesn't tell you (many times it will take the security when is only numbers). On "Default Key ID" , click on "1", and then "apply changes".

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
