Question about Canon PIXMA iP6700D InkJet Photo Printer
Taking the ink tank out and putting it back in helped at first, but it no longer fixes the probelm. I tried turing off the printer, removing the USB, turning on the printer, and replacing the USB cord, but that didn't work. One of the solutions was to replace the ink tank chip. Where do you get a new chip and how do you replace it?
Jen, try this clean the cartridge connectors the part where there is a chip. clean with alcohol. and clean also the other side where it connect to the printer head. i hope this will help. i not try to buy an original ink.
