My gogear mp3 player sa1983a/02 wont switch on and when i plug into computer it just flashes the philips logo continously

Please RESET the player and then connect the player to the PC. now check the files on the player. It is possible that some files are corrupt and so is causing errors.
remove off all the files and reload. use the Philips media converter to transfer the files for proper recognition.

My Cds wont play in it , the screen lights up but all it dosent play discs !

It may only play CD-R fomats. If your CD is an MP3, or data disk with folders it might not work. Try a CD you purchased. If that doesn't work your cd player is probably broken.

I am trying to watch a blu ray dvd bit it wont allow me to play it the player just ejects the disc. do I need a software update

Not sure what you are playing it on. A BLURAY disc needs a BluRay compatible disc player, PS3 has one built in. Most PC DVD drives dont play BluRay as standard. Normal HOME DVD players of course cant play them either.

Not able to load songs to jamm mp3

Hi,
Mp3 player might not load due to some reasons:

Using a wrong format of file.
Being affected by virus.
Mp3 player not updated.

You can use the instruction to update the mp3 player.

The MP3 is a popular audio format for distributing music, audiobooks, podcasts and more. MP3 players and online music stores are common everyday tools, and some people create MP3s themselves. Because of the wide variety of sources for MP3 music, sometimes the audio files have incorrect "tags" associated with them. If you make MP3s yourself, human error easily leads to music categorized in the wrong genre or album names accidentally misspelled. But all is not lost. You can easily update MP3 music using simple and free softwaremag-glass_10x10.gif. If you have a large collection of MP3 music, updating your files can make your music library more organized.

Download the MediaMonkey application if you want a versatile program that can update your MP3mag-glass_10x10.gif music. MediaMonkey is available in two versions. One of these is free and includes some advertisements in the program. The "Gold" version requires a paid license and offers some basic audio editing capabilities and the ability to control more than one distinct library of MP3 music. Both versions offer features to update MP3 tags. You can change the genre, artist, track names, album names and many other parameters that identify the MP3s. These changes affect not just the organization of music and other audio files within MediaMonkey, but also any other devices onto which you copy the MP3s.

Install MP3 Tag Tools for a simple free open-source program to edit MP3 tags. According to the software designer, MP3 Tag Tools starts the MP3 update process as soon as you double-click an MP3 in the program's file list. Keyboard shortcuts streamline the operation of this process if you need to update multiple MP3 music files. Use the arrow and "Enter" keys on your keyboard to navigate a list of MP3 music and update any tags you wish to change. The program downloads from SourceForge, a website distribution service for open-source software.
Download ID3-TagIT for a free program that updates MP3 music. The program downloads from CNET. ID-TagIT offers batch update features so you can quickly update a large collection of MP3 music at once. A novel feature of the program is the ability to automatically update MP3 music tags based on the name of the file directories in which they are stored. The program supports multiple tag protocols so you can read and update MP3 music that was created with nearly any other program.

Im downloading songs on my cd , they work good when i play them on the computer,, but i want the songs for my car and my dvd in my car isnt taking it... what can i do ,,, change the format is what...

assuming your car dvd can first of all handle copied discs.. can it read mp3 files? (which is what you likely have the songs as) if the player can read copied discs but not mp3 files then you need to 'burn' the mp3's after converting them to wav files (must be at least 44.000 quality to be recognised as music tracks) the good news is most disc authoring programs will do this conversion for you IMPORTANT dont forget to finalize or 'close' the disc after recording it or it wont work

I lost my cd and I need to upload music to my mp3. I need to download the softward.

You did not give the make and model of the mp3 player.

But if you google the model number of the player with "drivers" after it, you should be able to find the software you are looking for.

Many times the maker of the mp3 player will have a website you can get all the software you need from. Find that website on google by entering the name in the search window and it will give you lots of webpages for it, and go to the "support" or "download" or "Drivers" section of the site. Normally you only need to enter the model number of the device and it will give you the information you are looking for.

if you have a problem with it, just respond back to me with the make and model number of the mp3 player and I am sure i can find it for you and give you a direct link to the site.

My samsung k5 mp3 player is telling me the battery is full yet wont turn on

its is a switch slide or is a press and hold button
and if at anytime you disconected it before it was safe to disconnect when downloading to mp3 off comp you might have corrupted the files
did you ever try upgrading the software in your mp3 it still has microchip in it and it does need latest software that keeps it functioning properly
that could be it

PACKARD BELL CD/RADIO/MP3 PLAYER. MODEL PB OP 10

This is not for connecting an MP3 player, but rather for playing MP3-CD's. Using your computer and a CD burner, you can burn a CD with up to about ten hours worth of MP3s on it. The procedure for creating the disc varies depending on your burning software. In Nero, for example, you would select "Music" and then "MP3 Disc" and then select the songs you want to put on the disc. For other software you just select "burn a data disc" and then select the MP3 files you want.

Once you have a CD full of MP3s, put it in the Packard-Bell stereo's CD player, and you will be able to play all the MP3 files that are on the CD. THe advantage, of course, is being able to put ten hours on one CD instead of only 80 minutes.
