No, no fuse or other customer accessible parts in there.Most likely in your case the inverter board (the one that powers the magnetron with the 5000 volts) has failed and that has damaged the high tension side of the power source - hence the table not turning.
The oven is repairable, just that it will cost for the parts alone more than what you would pay for a new one. 4 years the the average life of an oven this days so yours died a little early, but not by much.
When you will go to buy a new one try not to get one made in China.
