the only thing i can think of is that you have bad compression your pistons are wore out if it is gettin fuel air and spark the only thing is bad compression my recomandations to ya is to do a compression test if your over 120 psi your ok but if your lower your rings are wore out
another thing is that theres a vacume leak check all your vacume hozes and your main egr valve
We had the same problem as many here have described. After cleaning out the vent system with compressed air and a vacuum cleaner, the appliance still failed to start. I unplugged the unit for a few minutes, turned it back on and it still failed to start. I turned the rotary dial to "SHORT" pressed start and it worked!!!! Not sure if thats the magic sequence or i just got lucky but Good luck.
P0411 Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow Detected p0411 is a generic code, probably a vacume leak, vacume hose broken check this first, check the air pump turn on the car but it needs to be cold, you should hear a high pitched whine, this is the air pump running, there are 2 hoses one suction one blowing thishose should be going from the air pump to the air cleaner disconnect that and see what the volume is should be pretty strong. But mostly you probably have a broken vacume line somewhere
sounds like a broken inlet valve, you need to remove the cylinder head and replace the valve plate and gaskets, pay attention to how the plate is installed.
probably easiest if you take the back cover off your laptop, and remove the fan completely. then remove your fan.
clean all the dust from this, and also clean any air vents. obove the fan should be a metal grid thing. clean all the dust from this! this is the heatsink. usually you should use a can of compressed air. but i use a vaccum cleaner - USE VACUM CLEANER AT YOUR OWN RISK. IT CAN CAUSE STATIC ELECTRICITY DAMAGE.
Make sure that the coils are all clean, Vacume cleaner with the brush attachment on the end works well.
Sounds like your fan is only working and not the Compresser that makes the unit an "air conditioner" and not a gloryfied fan.
Check and make sure that the butten is on Cold and that the small water drawer is in correctly so the shut off switch is making good contacts. Important Make sure that it is getting enough electricity at the wall plug, Because when the ac compresser 1st turns on it uses 3-5 times the power for the intial startup, not enough juice means no AC.
The fan only uses a little to blow but AC needs alot to start.
Unit should sound diffrent when AC compreser turns on compared to fan only on mode.
Check the hose and see if it has a clog, also the hose at the bottom. The filters may be clogged, make sure they are clean and that air flows thru them, if not then replace them.
