Re: error when opening a program
The best solution is to recover your pc with the cd that came with it. if you don't have the recovery cd let me know. write down the mdel of your pc. example=emachine t2080, hp 55555......etc Just post it to this forum and send the copy to email notify me that you are ready. I will then help you. I can easily help you if your computer is working with internet, but since there is no internet, you have to do a system recovery.

Hope this help!
Try to remove yahoo messenger and re-install it again.
If you can't uninstall it try this:
1) Log out of Yahoo Messenger and close yahoo messenger completely [ it should not be running under task manager as a process ].
2) Open Start Menu >> Control Panel.
3) Double-click on Add or Remove Programs.
4) Locate Yahoo Messenger in Add or Remove Programs.
5) Click Change/Remove button.
6) Restart your computer, if it doesn't restart it automatically.
7) Open Yahoo folder in Program Files (C:\Program Files\Yahoo) and delete it.
8) Open registry through Start Menu >> Run and type regedit now navigate to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ registry entry, delete Yahoo, and exit the Registry.
If the above method does not work for you, try the following methods to solve the problem.
1. Open Program Files >> Yahoo Messenger and find the file UNWISE.exe file. Double click this to run it. This will un install yahoo messenger.
It is possible that someone has accidentally uninstalled Yahoo! Messenger.
Try going to My Computer > C:/ > Program Files > Yahoo! > Messenger and here look for an icon of a smiley face :) that reads Yahoo! Messenger. Try to open that. If it doesn't work or if it's not there someone messed with your files.
In which case go to Yahoo.com click on Messenger on the left hand side and reinstall the Yahoo! Messenger application.
This problem occurs especially because you opened another program that uses your webcam. You should close
any other program that might be using your webcam because a simple
webcam can only interact with one program. If it doesn't work, try
reinstalling it / then messenger with another version. If you are satisfied, please rate or/and leave a testimonial. Thanks!
First, try signing in with your Yahoo! ID here: https://imo.im/
You should be able to log in there. To fix error 81003002, you will need to do a complete removal and reinstallation of Yahoo! Messenger. I will give you 2 of the best ways to go about this:
The first way is to use Revo Uninstaller. (Recommended, requires a program installation) ( found here: http://www.revouninstaller.com/start_freeware_download.html ) You can use Revo to uninstall Yahoo! Messenger, making sure that you do at least a moderate level scan of your system using Revo. Delete everything that Revo asks you to. This will make sure that all files and keys related to Yahoo! Messenger are also erased from the system.
The second way to uninstall is to do it manually. (NOT Recommended, no installations) Open your start menu, then click Control Panel. Navigate to "Add/Remove Programs". Find Yahoo! Messenger in the list, then uninstall it. Reboot if prompted. After it successfully uninstalls (reboot if prompted), go to "C:Program FilesYahoo", or if it is not there, "C:Program Files(x86)Yahoo". If you see a folder called "Messenger", delete it.
Reboot your computer, then reinstall the latest version of Yahoo! Messenger. You should be able to login now. If you are unable to log in, and you uninstalled Yahoo! Messenger using the second method, then you will have to use the first method.
you might have installed third-party plug-ins, audibles or emoticons on your yahoo messenger. these programs are automatically loaded everytime yahoo messenger starts. they work fine, not until you reinstall yahoo messenger or upgrade it to a newer version causing an internal error when they are loaded. first, remove/uninstall all these programs from the add/remove programs in the control panel, be very careful when doing so and be very sure of what you are removing. then uninstall yahoo messenger. if error still occurs during the uninstallation process, you haven't removed every program/emoticons/plugins connected to your yahoo messenger. when uninstallation is successful, restart your computer and then delete the yahoo messenger folder in the programs folder on your system hard drive. then you can reinstall yahoo messenger before adding/installing your emoticons or plug ins again.
You need to uninstall and re install the yahoo messenger, If still not fix the error you need to scan your computer maybe your system infected by the spyware virus. Update your installed antivirus with capable to detect also the spyware virus. If need a free anti virus just download in the www.grisoft.com and also www.pctools.com there is free edition that you can download and update the virus data to detect the new virus and spyware.
