Question about Kenmore Sewing Machines
Sounds like the oil is old and turned into a varnish and causing mechanisms to stick. This old oil needs to be dissolved and cleaned out and re-oiled again to free things up. This seems to be the main problem with machines not in use for extended periods. Just needs to be serviced.
