Minka aire concept II flushmount

AHH! Help- please!!
We installed several of these ceiling fans in the kids rooms- and of course, one of the remotes has disappeared. And of course it is the one to my youngest childs fan, who is in the hottest room in the house and it's 100 degrees outside! AAHHHH!!
Do you know of any way to reprogram one of the other remotes to work for his?
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

Newly installed Minka aire concept II ceiling fan is poorly lit. Installed in my son's bedroom and it's useless, dim.

probably not the reason for the dim light. It probably has more to do with the installation where you have wired the light before or after the fan so that power so the bulb is reduced by the resistance in the fan.
lights and fans are wired in parallel so that one doesn't affect the other
Might pay to talk with an electrician on the issue
There is a limit on the size of the bulb that can be used and a 100 watt halogen bulb will probably melt the surrounds and set fire to the fitting
get a desk lamp for his homework

Can I use an incandescent bulb in a MInka Aire Concept II with light & remote? What is the highest wattage I can use?

Take the bulb to a bulb store & show it to them. They should be able to find a different bulb you can use.

Do you have a Fanaway or Minka Aire Concept fan? Anyway it's usually wired this way; Black to black, white to white & red to blue.

I have a Minka Aire ceiling fan. It is two years old. It has a remote. The fan will not stop! We took off the blades to stop the air (it is dead winter here) but the whole light just spins and wobbles. Not...

One simple thing to check is to make sure the DIP switches in the remote and the receiver match up. There should be a set of small switches (usually inside the battery cover) that are set for a sequence. The sequence on the receiver must be the same. Otherwise, you probably have a bad remote or receiver.

2 remotes

Yes, If the receiver is the same model number one remote will work for both... (im assuming when you state remote you are referring to a hand held remote? or are you referring to a wall mount remote? Each ceiling fan comes with it's own electrical unit... I currently have some Minka concept fans if your interested in purchasing at a very good price or if I can help you out in any other way please feel free to contact me at payitforwardx2 @ GMAIL . COM I will be happy to help you in any way I can.

Concept II

Depending on what year the fan was made try looking very close at the actual body of the fan. you may find a small switch you can manually use to reverse the direction of the blades.. I may have some used working remotes that will work with your fan if you like please feel free to contact me at payitforwardx2 @ gmail . com .
