Question about Cozy (W352E) Heater
I would first check to see if pilot flame is burning clean and strong enough. It should have about 1&1/2 inch flame with slight yellow on tip. Most of flame should be bright blue. It's possible that pilot orifice and/or gas feed tube are dirty. If you feel comfortable with doing this it may help.Sometimes they can be hard to get to but the main thing I would caution you on is if you disconnect pilot gas line to be very careful when you are threading fitting back into gas valve. Fitting is brass and gas valve is aluminium so its easy to cross thread and cause leaks. Also if this is a millivolt system it will have what is called a basso and if its bad it can cause this problem.Normally if it's a millivolt system there will be no outside source of power, no blower or fan.Hope this helps you. Thanks
