Hi depending on the model you have there is 2 tocs that control the temp of machine 1 may have a little hole in it this is a reset stat get a needle and push through and this will reset the stat if it has no hole then i suggest buying new ones from local spares shop or online this is the usual problem and is the cheapest option so try this

MY MODEL IS DV665JW/XHC DRYER THERE IS NO HEAT

if it is a condenser type dryer you may find the condenser has not been cleaned and this suffercates the unit and over heats. to protect the heater element there is a thermostat cut off which has more than likely blown which breaks the electrical circuit. so this would need replacing which is found near the heater element at the rear of the unit. then clean your condenser.
hope this helps

Hi most likely seals on heat exchanger (condenser unit).
Lock heat exchanger in place.the should no movement at all.if movement you will require a rear seal for heat exchanger.Where heat exchanger seals in condenser box clean with scourer. check bottom of door seal for debris.

Tdc32p condenser dryer has low heat only

It could be, also is the condenser taking the water out ok into the drawer, if not they could be a blockage in the pipes and a pump underneath the dryer may be blocked or faulty.
this could be the cause also.

Splendid washer and condensing dryer combo

Since the clothes ARE getting hot, it's not the tripped breaker(s) mentioned in Solution #2, because these would cut off power to the heating element(s).
Since it's a Condensing dryer, it can't be an obstructed exhaust hose, either (as there is no dryer exhaust).
Remove the lint filter(s). Holding it over a sink, see if water flows through it. The waxes in "dryer sheets" clog lint filters and, even though invisible to the eye, can totally obstruct the air flow and stop a dryer from drying. Wash it with soap and water.
Question: Does your dryer have a small drain hose leading out the back and going down a drain? If it's clogged, the dryer can't remove any more moisture. If there's no drain, then you have an internal "catch tank" to collect the water evaporated out of the clothes. It's supposed to be emptied after every load. Empty it.
If that's not the problem, I suspect your condenser is not working (removing moisture from the hot stream of air blowing through the wet clothes. This could be because: (1) It's clogged - Take out the boxy thing (technically called a heat exchanger) made of thin aluminum "fins" or tubes, and wash it off in the sink. or (2) The little fan that cools the condenser isn't running. In this case you'll need to call a technician. Good luck

Condenser Dryer turns but no heat

Check with multi-meter for power on the heating element's tags (115/220V). If it does get power, you should replace the heating element. In case of no power- you should replace the thermostat. Good luck!
