Question about Nokia 7610
up all your files and try to reset your phone. it may be infected with a
virus. another tip: DO NOT leave your bluetooth open so that your phone
will be free from incoming viruses.
steps to format your phone:
type *#7780# for basic resetting or type *#7370# for hard reset and press send/call. after this, the phone will restart and all will be reset to factory/default settings.
basic resetting restores the .ini files from the ROM and does not erase data (photos, videos, documents) or applications from a third party while hard resetting restores the original operating system from the ROM. It formats the C: partition and deletes all data including the memory
I'll give you the choice on what reset you'll do to your phone.
