I had the same problem few times b4. I noticed that it happens when i change the mobile theme and replace it with a downloaded one from untrusted websites. My suggestions are:
a. if you recently changed ur mobile theme then replace it with one of the themes preinstalled on ur mobile.
b. go to application manager and check the installed applications on ur mobile. there might be a new one that's consuming all the memory and most probably the supplier will be unkown (may be a virus or sthg). So check the size and the supplier of this application if it's too big with an unkown supplier, remove it right away.
c. last option remove the memory card from ur phone, restart it and then reinsert it again.

Its mean phone memory is full, you can make some space by deleting some installed application. Delete also all cache/history in your browser. If the problem persist, reset your phone to factory setting after put off your memory card. After resetting the phone, your phone memory will be empty again and you can reinstall your previous application. Avoid to install application in phone memory (always install in memory card).
Hi, This problem Arises When your Phone memory(C:\ Drive) Is almost Full .normally C: Drive Has 44.4MB Space. But When it goes below 500KB,it shows "memory low delete some data" So delete unwanted files from phone memory using any Good File managers .One i suggest is Using "Xplore" An application for n73 Which can be downloaded Here
you can try to another memory for that since you already tried to reformat the cellphone...or also you can try to reformat the memory card by going to memory card icon then choose option to format memory card
This is an issue which arises when the Phone's memory is full. This means that the Phone's memory is containing applications which is occupying the Whole phone memory. To access a application, some free memory is required. I think the phone has a memory status lower than the Memory requirement used in opening an application. Try Reformatting the Phone memory. But first try to note down or backup all the Phone's data. This will help you to retrieve the data after reformatting.
Have a nice day.
press GREEN,* and 3 simultaneously while turning it on..do not let go until hands appear..then reformat memory card..
NOTE:this procedure erase data in your phone so be sure to back up your data..your phone is infected with virus so formatting is necessary..
