Question about Malber TD700 Electric Dryer
If the heat has stopped check the main power and make sure there is 220 volts at the terminal block.
if the power is correct then next thing is to check the continuity of the heating element,and all the thermal cut offs if you find one of them with out continuity then replace that part.there is also a chance the main control board has failed as well as the door switch this also needs to be checked.
