Question about HP Printers & Copiers

Hi, I bought a printer/copier (HP Deskjet F4185 All-in-one) 3 months ago it was working perfectly,now when i do some copying the paper jams and i can't print from computer what so ever.I've tried different things and also clicked on help which didn't work either,all the connection are in the right place and the printer is on.I am also STILL WAITING on my $20 cash back. Check tthe adf pad and I have seen (even thoug it worked in the past ) a piec of packing tape still stuck in the back under the adf

Paper jam in my printer

the paper sensor may have went in the printer try doing unplugging everything and plugging it back in

Paper jam

there is a sensor which detects if there is a paper jam in the printer.that sensor is bit moved from its orignal position so it is continuously detecting the paper jam in your case.

I have a paper jam with my MP610 printer its the rear feed tray i got the paper out intact (1 piece) it still tells me there is a jam. Is there a sensor i may have tripped? I bought the printer 3 weeks ago

My hp laserjet 4250n was working perfect but when i give above 50 number of print it's start to use it it gives messege says paper jam in 13.01.00 help me how to fix this problem
