The error code E020 refers to a density problem with one of the Drum Units. The sub-code 03b0 refers to one specific Drum Unit, of which I'm not sure. I believe if you go into service mode and check Density, you'll see each Drum Unit listed there. You are looking for an average Density reading of +-2.5 for the Units. Don't get crazy trying to reach that value, but look to see which one is way off and that may be your culprit. Or maybe one of these other guys may be able to tell you which unit the sub-code is pointing to.
the cause of the problem is ,the transfer belt is not rotating properly ITB rollers must cleaned throroughly (cleaned by isopropyl alcohol) to prevent slippage of transfer belt that causes mis alignment /misregistration of color, but copying BW is ok,In other words ITB unit needs servicing ,Run also gradation adjust QUICK and FULL adjust (for IRC 3200)
Hello sir; The error code you display 803 & 805 could be come from same problem, both all are composite board 24 volt supply problem, replace composite board will take care this problem. good luck.
You have a fuser problem. You didn't specify a machine but if it is the irc/clc3200/3220/2620 you will need to replace the fuser unit. If you have a different model where the fuser thermistors/thermal fuses etc can be replaced then replace according to the manual.
