PSP uses mp3 file format. ***FREE SOFTWARE You need this software http://www.nch.com.au/switch/ Download and install it. Then open it and click "Add Files" choose the song from your cmoputer thay you want to put in your psps. Select the ouput folder(where your converted song should go). Just change it to your desktop. Select the Out Put format to mp3 Press the convert button When it has finished converting the files, Connect your psp to your computer
***YOUR PSP DRIVE LETTER On your computer, Go to Start---->My Computer then look for your psp. The C: and D: drives are usually for your cmoputer Harddrive and your CDROM. So none of them is your psp unless you dont have a CDRom then D: is your PSP. If you have CD ROM on your pc, then G: or E: will be your PSP Drive. Open it.
**COPYING CONVERTED SONG Copy the converted song(.mp3) from your desktop to the folder called MUSIC on your psp . If the folder "MUSIC" does not exist, create it then copy your converted song there.
NOTE** The easiest way to find your psp Drive Letter is to first open "My Computer" then plug the PSP in and you'll notice that a new DRIVE LETTER has appeared. That Drive is your psp.
Try a different set of headphones. It's possible that the headphones have a short and you're only getting sound out of one ear. If it's still doing it with another set of headphones, then it's either a bad headphone connector or the music files are corrupted or not recorded properly.
hi, there is an option on the psp menu taht enables the psp to play WMA files on it. just enable it and they should work..
If this doesn't work try to convert the zzzz.WMA into zzzzz.mp3 format, you can get a FREE WMA to MP3 converete at www.download.com
The new Nintendo DSi console can now play music, however it can only play AAC file type music, so if you have MP3 type, converting it is as easy as pie in iTunes.
Also, once you have converted the songs, you need an SD card to store the songs in, and once done, you can put it in the DSi SD card slot and then play your music.
Hope this helps.
I just get on Limewire, and search for the name of the song that is in WMA, then find it in MP3 format and download it. Get limewire at limewire.com
Hope this helps, I just have never tried to convert.
