Underneath it all is a basic PC, so you simply need to go buy and english version of the operating system you want to use, and start up off that and do a fresh install. Make sure the OS is not an 'Upgrade' or 'Basic' version, and you should be good to go.
When you start up, watch the screen for the 'boot device' option (or similar) and choose the CD rather than hard drive, and the new OS will walk you through the install.

You may try the driver max. Its a software that will automatically search the missing the drivers you needed for your machine.
Its a free software. Ive been using it for couple of years now a nd its been reliable

First download the pc sync. If you want download the drivers.
Then install the pc suite.
Then connect your phone thru COM Port & then a dialogue box will appear showing"New hardware found".
Click advanced so that you could choose the driver.
then click browse. Go to the place where installed the suit, Then go to drviers & then to XP. Select the file in that folder .The drivers will be installed.

Then go to the pc suit & to setting choose the port option and choose the port in which you connecteds your phone.
That's all. VEry easy

i am using chinese mobile model no MT6227 they didnt give the installation cd how can i get .its not company branded mobile prince written in the box

The software and the drivers found in the Internet work fine. However, everything works except java installation (failed to install java error). I fixed it changing the set up of the Tx and Rx cables inside the data cable. It´s quite easy. Hope this can solve your problems.
