Problem for Apple HP Officejet G85xi InkJet Printer
HP officejet g85xi - printer does not get past initializing screen when turned on
The printer does not get past the initializing screen when turned on. It freezes there and can't do anything else.

Is there any flashing lights?
Does it do the same thing if you unplug the power cord and printer cable from the printer?

- "Initializing" will appear on the screen, then the printer will power off - it goes back and forth on it's own. The same response when I unplug everything and connect it back up.
