Back light keeps flickering and sometimes wont work

my P300 backlight keeps going out. it will flicker and only just come on sometimes then other times it wont come on.

is it replaceable ?

Also the screen is scratched, can these been replaced also ?

I have the same problem.

back light wont need to be replaced most likely, tighten the connections. yes the manufacturer can replace them you could too if u had the skill, money, and time,
