Just bought 7 sins everything worked fine until trying to load tutorial, it then crashes and says it has encountered a problem. How do i fix it?

Unfortunately running an older game like this, you will have issues. Make sure you have the latest updates installed. If that doesn't resolve the issue you may not be able to save under windows 7. I would try compatibility for windows 98 before I give up all hope though.

Windows 7 is not a supported system.

Especialy not the 64 bit. The 32 bit will probably work fine.

Try to install the newest graphic driver and upgade the bios to the latest version.
DO NOT run the bios upgrade before the system is running fine.
Install any missing drivers.
Look in the device manager.
Any file here from dell needs to be unziped before you install it.

Recently a put windows 7 on my latitude d610 only problems I had were incompat. Drivers (wifi, sound, graphics.) all were fixed with googling those drivers with windows 7 because this hardware is not compatible with 7 but seeing as it is a restart thing,

Check the drivers u have installed try to see if any need updating or are no compat.

Looks like the video card is almost in its last leg.
1. When your computer is on. Examine the fan in the video card if it's working. If not, then you will need to replace it.
2. Check the temperature inside your CPU. Excessive heat can trigger the system to reboot itself. Check if any of the blower fan is not working. You may need to replace it.
3. Prior to playing the game..did you see horizontal or vertical lines in the display of your monitor before crashing took place. If you see one, then it only means that you will need to replace your video card.

have you checked to make sure your memory or your video cant handle it? i recently bought world at war and i need to but another stick of memory and a new video card before i can play it

DO not worry i have vista but it works for me. you may need more R.A.M or free space or if your not an administrator ask the administrator to allow empire earth AOC cos i had that prob but i fixed it.

Hi there did the system requirements of the game meet your system?... if yes try to ask your local computer shop to try it on their computer then you'll see if it is defected or not...

I'm getting the same thing. Reinstalling will temporarily fix the problem, but it will occur again on a later stage. I'm waiting for a reply from Activision and I've posted this on the infinity ward forums and no one seems to know the cause or solution. For now, I'd say jump to a console version of the game and wait for a PC fix.
