Thank you for the help. When I got to display there didn't seem to be a place to adjust the herz from 70 to 60, 70 being the default setting (I think). I did however adjust the resolutions (Pixels) and the placard went away. It was really annoying and I'm glad its gone. Thanks again

In the display settings, where you change the resolution, hit the Advanced Button, there under MONITOR change the refresh rate to 60 Hertz.

and if that does not work then download the latest driver for the video card and update the drivers, then do the above again.

Use Device Doctor to scan for the latest drivers. It is a free and safe software.

You are getting it because your monitor is detecting a signal that the monitor can't handle.

I see the word Video in the top right screen always

You have selected the AV input to your TV. If you want to see on-air program, select it to TV using either remote control or entering into its Menu by anyway.

Start your Windows in Safe Mode (pressing F8) during boot process and adjust your Display Settings to a lower resolution.... say 1024 x 768. Once fixed, you can play around again increasing the resolution a notch at a time. Fix ya!
