Roman "numbers" aren't numbers, they are numerals, i.e. letters that represent numbers. They are simply written as capital letters.

I = 1 (capital "i")
V = 5
X = 10
L = 50
C = 100
M = 1000

To write Roman numbers you combine letters, but you need to understand the conventions of Roman numerals:

VI = 6 (simply 5 and 1) . . . but IV = 4 (basically 1 less than 5)
XXI = 21 (10 and 10 and 1) but IXX = 19 (1 less than 20)

It would take ages to explain the entire Roman numerals system, but if your enquiry relates to how to make them look like engraved numerals, then you need to type/print them using a SERIF typeface, e.g. Times New Roman or Courier.

Hope this helps ;)

I think you are talking about bullet points, right? You have to start a list and right click on the number. Then go to Bullets and Numbering and select the type of Roman numerals you like (lower or upper case).
