http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/reviews/index.cfm?reviewId=1661&pn=2 To sum it up, the HP L1906's performance veers towards a product aimed at office use. On the design and usability front, the monitor can only be adjusted vertically. It also lacks a DVI input and has no built-in speaker. The OSD controls are pretty straightforward, and tweaking the settings is simple. The monitor's overall build quality is excellent, and the finish is elegant. However, given its price tag the HP L1906 is not particularly a value buy.

OSD Lockout prevents changes being made to the monitor through the use of the front panel buttons. When the OSD is locked, pressing a button from front panel displays OSD Lock-out for about 10 seconds. You can quickly remove the OSD Lockout message by pressing a front panel button again.
To unlock the OSD, press and hold the Menu button until the Main menu displays, about 10 seconds.
To lock the OSD, press and hold the Menu button until an OSD-Lockout message displays, about 10 seconds.
OSD (On Screen Display) lockout. To resolve the issue you can hold the power button of the monitor until you get another message something similar to "OSD unlocked"
