Question about Canon Computers & Internet
Print jobs are hanging in queue. on the axis print server says it is out of paper but is not. also says it has been power cycled for 88 days but was power cycled today.
Check online to see if there has been any new update for that print server.
clear the job and try again.
make sure the print sever is plug into different outlet And the sever or the pc in different outlet.

Power the printer OFF and ON. Send the same file to the printer, if file has not been released from the print queue then delete all pending print jobs out of print queue.
Disconnect all data cables and power the printer OFF and ON. If the printer returns to READY, Reconnect the data cable and try printing again. If you are getting a paper jam error, please take not the error code and locate the jam. For further assistance, please contact Lexmark Technical Support.
