How i can convert my video came in my vcr to my pc

Your english is not good so I assuming you want to connect your VCR to copy the pictures to your PC?

The best way I have found is to get a Video Mate C100 Video/Audio Capture Card. This slots into a card slot on your pc and that's all you need do. You will need a scart lead for the VCR with phono plugs on. Image below.
The C100 comes with Software to convert and capture video and make DVD's.
You can get it at Ebuyer.

Ive installed my driver for the easycap and the video editing software but when i connect from my vcr output to my easycap i cant capture it says no input. i cant even get a picture on my pc just black and...

Make sure you are using the correct channel on your capture device and/or on your VCR.. Once upon a time VCR's used to only work on channel 3 or 4. There should be a toggle switch in the back of your VCR that will say Ch.3 ' Ch.4. Then check the software on your capture device also. One more thing. Some tapes have a copy protection on them which can do a number of things to trip up what you are doing. If you are sure everything is correct, double back and recheck. Then look into a decoder/unscrambler for VHS. Should be a simple Co-Axile pass-through with a frequency modulating knob on it.

Hi i need drivers for my matsui vcr so i can link it to my pc .the model is VP 9407A

You cannot get a driver for a VCR, to link it to your PC you need to have either a TV card or a video capture card fitted to your PC then you can link the a cable from the VCR to this card either by using a component or composite cable or Scart to composite/ component cable depending of what type of input your card has, then the software driver for the capture card would be insatalled onto your PC. This enables you to play video through your PC either to watch or convert onto a disc etc.

VHS to Easy capture to computer

The plugs you speak of are called RCA plugs, (Male side has an outside ring with "slots" around the edge, and a pin in the center. Female side has a short round "riser" with a hole in it). You need just standard Audio/Video hookup cables, available at any electronics store.. Walmart/Target/Kmart has them in the TV section. They get plugged into the Audio (Red & White) OUT of the VCR, into the Audio IN (Red & White) of the Easy Capture. The Yellow lead is for Video In/Out between the VCR and Easy Capture. The black is probably the S-Video connector, (round, has very small square hole, surronded by 4, 5, or 7 tiny pin holes) that can be also used to connect video/audio between VCR(if so equipped) and Easy Capture. Get a set of audio/video dubbing cables (abt $10 usually), connect Red to Red, White to White, Yellow to Yellow. Plug the Easy Capture USB cable into your computer (most likely), start the capture program. Start your vcr, hit Play. You should see your vcr tape playing on the computer screen.

I cannot get front composite video jacks to work. I want to capture video from VCR using Pinnacle.

You don't need ATI capture anything. Pinnacle Studio does that. Make sure your composite input is not disabled on your PC. Make sure Pinnacle is setup to capture from that card/device. Make sure your video device is outputting to the composite.
