Question about Black & Decker 19" Electric Lawnhog Mulching Mower with Rear Bag

B & D flip handle electric corded mower

Help!! The handle fell off. It was a little wobbly, like something was missing somewhere, but as I flipped the handle over springs flew out and one bolt. Don't know where to begin to try to fix it, down in that slot.

Guess I wasn't clear. The lever did not come off; the whole handle came off from its attachment to the mower.

Do you mean the orange lever came off. if thats the case you need the switch housing assy & a spring. the lever was held by the plastic housing pin or pig. some times the plastic pin worn out before it breaks.

Place the mower the mower back on it's wheels and wipe the dipstick if applicable and check the oil. What ingages blades ,blades not engage

On most riding mowers flipping the handle to engage the blade causes an idler pulley to engage the drive belt, which takes up the slack in the belt and pulls it against the drive pulleys. A few odd-balls have an electric clutch to engage the blades.
